update manager

Every time I open XP A window comes up saying: The
Veritas update manager is not available.Look for
installation package vor Veritas update manager.
what does this mean?where can I get this package?

Hi Anders,

Better yet, just disable this unnecessary process. Click start/run, type
msconfig and click ok. Go to the startup tab and disable (uncheck) the line
that loads it.
