update failure - also cant reply to Group

Dear All
I think IE7 was installed prior to SP3 and we have AVG Anti Virus
running, Spybot and Windows firewall.
I am reluctant to turn these off unless absolutely necessary as we are
not sure what is causing this security patch to install.

1. Don't use SP3, it's bugged as ****.
2. Use Firefox instead of IE, as IE lags and generally sucks.
3. Use Ad-Aware instead of Spybot as it's way faster and doesn't
overlook shit as much as Spybot.
