Update error after installing SP-2

I get the following error after installing SP-2 and the
system will not boot to safe mode or to windows.
Can anyone help?


STOP:c0000135 (unable to locate component)
This application has failed to start because winsrv was
not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this
problem.
