Take a look at the MSKB article:
You receive a "Stop: c0000135" and "winsrv was not found" error
message after you install Windows XP Service Pack 2

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;885523

The artice and fix are reguarding this:
"T.V. Media (TvMedia.tvmbho) from Total Velocity Corporation is
installed on your computer."

I am having this same exaxt error but I can't even boot up my computer
because I get the blue screen. I pop in the Xp cd and it goes to the blue
screen, I try the safe mode and it goes to the blue screen. How can I patch
this if I can't get past the blue screen and the cd won't work. Please help.
I am at my wits end!
Thanks

how do you do that? seat the bios to boot from cd? I just keep getting the
blue screen upon booting up the machine. I have tried to start up in safe
mode but goes right back to the blue screen.
thanks

When the computer first boots, press a particular key or key combination
to enter the BIOS. Check with the documentation for your computer on
what key presses will do this.
