up & down loading from mobile phone

hello evrybody, im stu. i have a siemens SL65 mobile phone & have bought a
data cable, trouble is i cant up load or down load photos from phone to pc or
vice verser. can anybody help please..........

Let us know why you believe that this issue is due to Windows XP, have you
tried other specific solutions?
