I have recently purchased a Sony Ericsson P910i mobile phone and I am
having trouble synchronising the phone with my PC
Having installed the phone software the phone connection link in the desktop
tray shows the USB port as being connected but does not show the phone.
Also I now have a permanent 'Server Busy' message on the desktop since I
loaded the PC Suite.
This message reads 'This action cannot be completed because the other
program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct
the problem'
I have tried unistalling and reinstalling the phone software number of
times.
I run a McAfee firewall and a router (Netgear 834G) firewall.
I have tried loading the software with the firewalls turned off.
Does any one have you any suggestions as to the problem and solution?
