Access Tidy up phone numbers

I have a database with a text field holding phone numbers. They have varying formats like spaces, brackets and mobile numbers have the '0' missing in the front. How can I tidy up the data so that it appears as it should?

ie 0403555666 or 0886821358

not 08 8682 1359 or (08) 86821359 or 403555666
