unprintable characters in file name

I checked my startup files using msconfig, and found there are 4 files that
have what look like either Chinese or Japanese character names. The same
strange name is in the "command" column when doing an msconfig. These are
all located in a directory called hkcu\software\microsoft\windows
nt\currentversion\windows:load and also in hkcu\software\microsoft\windows
nt\currentversion\windows:run.

Can anybody tell me what these are?

Those are actually references down the registry's data structure: hkcu
being an abbreviation for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ It indicates from what
part of the startup the program gets run.

In MSconfig I would expect those in the Location column, but not in
Command, which suggests a bad entry that you should uncheck
