Unlock Computer, lock, freeze desktop

Hi. After upgrading three different computers to Windows XP I experience
the same problem on all machines. After successfully returned from
"Lock Computer" the desktop is inaccessible for approximately one minute. I
can move the mouse pointer and programs are running in the bakground during
this period. I have turned of all kind of screen and power savings.
Any suggestions?

Unfortunally there are no events during the time I am having problem.

Could you please post your system hardware and configuration? I know
someone who is experiencing the same problem. We can't find a cause
so far.
