I would check your bios settings for usb ports\devices. If you have no usb
devices then disable usb devices in the bios and see if the message goes
away. If your mouse or keyboard are usb then don't disable usb unless you
can switch your mouse and or keyboard for ps2 types. What hardware if any do
you have plugged in to the usb ports on your computer? It sounds like when
windows is starting it doesn't recognise a piece of hardware and is asking
for drivers. Is this a new computer or have you added something to it.
If you don't understand what you are doing in the bios then be carefull and
remember or note that you can always restore defaults if you mess up a
setting.
