uninstalling programs

can someone tell me how to uninstall a program that is in
my program files, but does not show up when i go to the
control panel add/remove programs.

Is there an uninstall file in the program directory?

Sometimes when you try to install a program again, it pops up a dialog box
saying do you want to add features, repair or remove the program. Choose
remove.
