My ISP is aol/talk talk. I want to up grade to their newer site. But I have first to uninstall the older versions first. But going into control panel to uninstall them I can find no trace of them.
So I rang up talktalk to help me out Though they tried to help, and I must say they did their best, they failed. In fact they suggested that I take the computer to computer shop to see if they can help.
But I would like to know is why are those aol programs not showing up in the control panel.Do not all installed programs show up there?
Can some one help please.

... err, AOL (AOHell) is a Trojan/virus!!

Try ... AOL Removal Tool v5

or AOL Removal Tool v6

or both ... and then go run CCleaner. :)

may be quicker to reformat your hard drive (or maybe not ... just kidding, or, am I?)
