Uninstaller error for Ad-Aware SE Personal with WINDOWS INSTALLER

Windows displays a message saying that windows might be running in safe mode,
or that Windows Installer is not properly Installed...! I have the latest
version(WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86) however it still does not allow me
to uninstall Ad-Aware SE Personal Vs. 1.0.6 .
I would greatly appreciate if anyone could assist me with this matter!

Maybe is pretty simple but I don't really know what else to do..!

I also have Spybot Search and Destroy Vs. 1.4 running so I don't really know
if that might be the problem?

Have you actually tried uninstalling Ad-Aware in safe mode? It should
work...
