Win Installer error with AD-Aware SE Personal v. 1.0.6

Windows displays a message saying that windows might be running in safe mode,
or that Windows Installer is not properly Installed...! I have the latest
version (WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86) however it still does not allow
me to uninstall Ad-Aware SE Personal Vs. 1.0.6 .
I would greatly appreciate if anyone could assist me with this matter!

Maybe is pretty simple but I don't really know what else to do..!

I also have Spybot Search and Destroy Vs. 1.4 running so I don't really know
if that might be the problem?

Have you temporarily disabled your anti-virus software? That may help. Also
disable Spybot memory-resident scanning temporarily in case that may be
conflicting with your installation. You may find more information in a
specialized forum; try this link:
http://www.wilderssecurity.com/ . You should be able to have both
anti-spyware applications installed. Consider using SpywareBlaster; it is
also a free download available here:

Also, please don't multipost; cross-posting is preferable if you must.
