What is better, if a program has an install option, should I use that option or use Windows uninstall
in control panel? Or doesn't it make any difference?

It doesn't matter.

This was just answered before! The Windows Uninstall Control Panel option
norally will use the listed uninstall process for teh software.

Daj,

Both are same. The Add/Remove Programs will simply invoke the uninstaller
command which was set by the particular application.

It doesn't matter. The Control Panel choice is really just a
pointer to the application's own uninstall routine.
