Unexpected shoutdown

My server's often rebooted unexpectly.
I've checked on KB and thi issue is solved with SP4.

Well,his problem still exists.

I've win2k terminal server sp4 with all patches and fixes
available but direct x 9 and media player.

Can you help me?

Here's the error :The previous system shutdown at 14:12:10
on 11/06/2004 was unexpected.

Need more information than this to help. Is there a memory.dmp file in the windows directory, if so, this will be the first thing to try to look at using windbg from Microsofts website. Or post some of the event log entries just before this entry.

No it has no printers or drives mapped, and is not a terminal server.
