The Windows 2000 Terminal Server is shutting down intermittently with the
message "The previous system shutdown at 4:55:00 PM on 11/18/2004 was
unexpected." There are messages from MS for Win. NT version, none for Win2k
Any clues..

Installed any 3th party printer drivers? Or other 3th party
software, just before this problem started?

To get more information, I would configure the server to *not*
automatically reboot when a critical STOP error occurs (in Control
Panel - System). Next time it crashes, it will show you a Blue
Screen of Death. Write down the STOP error code, the parameters,
and possibly the name of the driver causing the STOP error.

Either post this information here, or check the troubleshooting
tools for this particular STOP error in the
MSDN Bug Check Codes pages at

us/ddtools/hh/ddtools/bcintro_3dkj.asp
