undeliverable mail when sending from outlook 2003

We are getting undeliverable returns when sending
messages to new users with outlook 2003. We can send
fine from other versions of outlook. help

We had the same problem with some users when upgrading
from OL98 to OL2003.

We found that if OL98 was upgraded to OL2003, as opposed
to uninstalling it completely, then installing Office 2003
from scratch it seemed to work. In conjunction with this,
we also re-created the users AD profile.

After reading my reply (after I posted it) I realized it
makes almost no sense.

User who were upgraded to OL2003 from 98 had issues
sending email. Users who had OL2003 installed fresh, had
no problems. In addition, after the install we re-created
their user profile for added cleanliness.

Hope that makes more sense...
