Undeliverable mail

Hi,

I get lot of messages from 'System Administrator' saying Undeliverable
mail while sending mails. The message is moved to Sent Item folder but
is not relayed. How can I stop this behavior ? I would like to keep the
message in Outbox. Outlook Express gives an error if there is an error
while sending mail but does not move th e message to Sent Item. Can
Outlook 2003 behave in similar fashion.

Is there any detail in the message saying why it's undeliverable?

Yes, it says 'You need to authenticate first' But the actual reason is
that my e-mail provider has set limit on number of e-mail you can send
in an hour. So if I try sending after some time, it goes through. The
problem is, ones it goes out of Outbox, it will not go automatically. Is
there any way to make it stay in the Outbox.

Thanks.

You can set Outlook to not automatically send mail when you hit Send but
only when it's checking for mail.

There is an Option to Do not deliver before... Could you use this in
any way, grouping mails in hourly delivery batches ?
