Unable to view mails - outlook 2000

Hi,
I am using outlook 2000. When i receive any new
mails, i am not able to view them. But when i click some
folder and then click inbox, i am able view my mails.
please help me....

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
