How do I view mail headers without opening?

How, in Outlook 2010, can I view email headers *without* displaying the
message contents? I am receiving a LOT of phishing email lately so I'd
like to be able to view the headers when the sender is, say, Bank of
America. Not!

In View | Layout, turn the Reading Pane off.

That kills the message display, but I still want to see all the header
information - the path. ?

I found an answer that works. If you add Message Options to the Quick
Access toolbar, you can view Internet headers without opening a message.
Now I can see all the phishing crap sent from someone with an email
address (if not spoofed) in Nauru.
