How Change Message Header Order

When I view my email messages, message headers are in this order at
the top of the actual email message in the viewing pane:

From: <email@address>
Sent: <date>
To: <email@address>
Subject: <subject>

I want to re-order these headers to this order:

Sent: <date>
From: <email@address>
To: <email@address>
Subject: <subject>

How can this be done? The order doesn't necessarily have to follow
that of the sort column in the email list pane.

I'm using MS Office Outlook 2003 SP2.
