Unable to transfer documents, settings etc between user profiles

My attempts at creating my own user profile have failed - I can't seem to
transfer the files from 'administrator' (the way i want things set up) to my
new user profile.

Someone here gave instructions, I followed them to the letter but when I log
on in the new profile none of the stuff appears and all my settings are
wrong. Whats worse is I'm getting strange error messages and the computer
keeps crashing (brand new computer, one week old, shouldn't be doing that)

Now I just want to delete the two userprofiles I made and return to
administrator as default but it won't even let me do that!

Further help? Please?

Hello Carly,
Try going to system restore. If your PC is only a week old I don't
know if it will do any good but it might. You can't give yourself all the
privlages of the System Admin. in two accounts. If you want a seperaate
account then create your self a limted user account then enable fast user
switching when you create the account.
Use the limted for most of your Internet surfing ( this is also the
safest way to surf) and when you need it you can switch over to System Admin.

To delete the user accounts log on as system Admin. then delete
the user accounts you no longer want. Note: you will lose those files unless
you check save.
But right now I don't think you much care about that. Hope this helps.
Best of luck to you.
