Switching Account Names/Profiles

In XP Pro SP2 I have been using the default Administrator account as my
regular account. After reading the messages on this board, I have
realized that this is a bad idea. I would like to transfer the user profile
for the Adminstrator account I have been using to a new account with
administrator priviledges, and then reset the Administrator account to simply
have a default profile.

As suggestged in previous posts, I have created a new account with admin.
priviledges to transfer the profile to. Then, from a third temporary
working account, I have tried to copy the Administrator profile to the new
account using the 'System Properties-Advanced-User Profiles-Copy To'
function, but after agreeing to overide the existing profile I get an error
message saying:

"Failed to Set Security on the Destination Profile. Error - Access is Denied."

Effectively, I want to switch either the names or the profiles of the two
accounts, but I can't find a way to do so. Suggestions?

The simple way doing so is:

Renaming your current administrator to something suite you.
Creating a new account with name "Administrator" and set the priviledges to
"Limited".

This method is recommended by Microsoft. So, if someone hack your
administrator account then actually it will be a limited account.
