Outlook 2002 was working and then would not send. Have uninstalled and
reinstalled.
In e-mail accounts I tested my settings and get error sending test e-mail.
"Unable to send test message. Please verify the e-mail address field"
Where is this field located or how do I fix my problem?
Thanks

Delete and re-enter your email settings on the page with the Text Account
Settings.

Use the More Settings option on that same page and ensure you have your
account setup correctly.

I deleted all the settings and reenter them. Now I can't receive or send.
What is my next move?

Good morning, Milly
I have spent time on this problem for 24 hours. Your advice worked for me!
This is something I used so many years ago I forgot about it.

THANK YOU
Rose Kenney
