Outlook 2003 Unable to send test message

I have Peoplpc as my ISP. I'm trying to set up Outlook 2003 to work with
that ISP. In E-mail Accounts, I'm trying to send a test e-mail. When I click
the Test Account Settings button, it goes through all the tasks... Establish
network connection Completed; Find outgoing mail server (SMTP) Cpmpleted;
Find incoming mail server (POP3) Completed; Log onto incoming mail server
(Pop 3) Completed; Sent test e-mail message Failed. The error reads... Send
test e-mail message: Unable to send test Message. Please verify the E-mail
Address field. HOWEVER... The e-mail address field is correct. Now what?

You should check your format (no spaces) & your spelling (peoplepc has 2 e's)
and use their web site support. For instance I found this there--
The PeoplePC POP3 Server name is mail.peoplepc.com and our SMTP Server name
is smtpauth.peoplepc.com. You must check the box that says "My server
requires authentication," and set the option to "use the same username and
password as the incoming mail server." In the Advanced Settings area, you
must also change the port number to 587.
