Why am I getting an error in Verify Email address in set up?

Hi,

I am currently trying to set up a number of email accounts on my new
computer using Outlook 2003.

I have confirmed all the details of my pop3 accounts however I keep on
geting the same error when I test the email account details...

Shown below -

Send test email message: Unable to send test email. Please confirm the
email address field.

And on a different email account -

Task 'Mark Urban Selection - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Unable
to send the message. Please verify the e-mail address in your account
properties. The server responded: 421 dns lookup failed for sender domain'

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark

Ensure you have the correct authentication set up for your POP & SMTP
servers. Also, for outgoing mail you may have to specify a different port.
Most commonly used is port 25 but this is often blocked now because of
spammers. Try using 587 instead.

You are off-domain of the mail server you are trying to use. You are on
one domain but the SMTP mail host is on a different domain. You have
yet to qualify to the mail host's domain that you have permission to use
their resources. So configure the e-mail account defined in Outlook to
authenticate to their SMTP mail host.
