Unable to run Norton's Clean Sweep 2003

I install it, and run it, and no windows appear! After I uninstalled it, I
had to remove and reinstall NAV2003 (because they don't allow you to
reinstall it!) because it removed the live update stuff. Does anyone have
this running on XP Pro?
 
I have installed and it is running fine. Installed correctly for the first
day.
