Unable to receive emails from MAC users

Just figured out that email messages from isp @themacisp.net do not arrive in
my inbox or junk box. I think I am getting all other incoming mail but when I
asked a friend with a Mac to send an email to both my windows mail and also
to my rarely used hotmail box I received it only in the hotmail box.
Anyone else having this problem?
I have their email address in my address book and also in my safe box.
It just disappears. The sender does not receive any undelieverable message.

Any message rules set up?

Do you have access to the account via the web? Log on there and see if one
will arrive. Your ISP could be filtering them. That would be a start.
