Added another account but receiving no mail

Hello
I have my mail set so that whenever someone emails my vista mail
'louise@...' a copy automatically gets sent to my hotmail acct. I have set up
another account for business purposes called 'payments@...'. i also set it
to send duplicates to hotmail. However, although i receive the duplicates of
payments@ in hotmail I do not receive them in the vista inbox. Does anyone
have any suggestions?

What do you mean by "Vista inbox"?
Are you talking about your Windows Mail program? If so, are both accounts
set up in Windows Mail? Any error message when you click on Send/Receive?
What happens when you send an email from within the Payments account in
Windows Mail, addressed to that Payments account? Does it arrive in the Inbox?
