Using Vista Mail

I am trying to make sure I can use Live Mail with my business address. I am
only used to hotmail. I can send and receive mail in my personnal account
using my personnal account. This is mostly a test to see if my account is
set up right.

You posted here using Windows Mail, not Windows Live Mail.

Posting here has nothing to do with being able to use an email account in
Windows Mail (or Windows Live Mail).
