Sending E-mails to hotmail.com accounts not received...

When I send e-mails from Windows Mail to 'hotmail accounts' they are show as
being sent on properties but they are not received by the recipient...?

It could be because hotmail.com has blocked mail from your email provider
for such things as being too friendly to spammers. Who is your email
provider?

My e-mail account is with Orange. Have done something to Hotmail system now,
not sure what, but SOME of the e-mails are now going through.
