Unable to open additional folders

I have assigned a secretary Delegate access from my email. Then I went to
her system and change her email account to open up my mailbox. It accepts
this verifies the name etc. My mailbox shows in the navigation pane, however
when she clicks on my mailbox it states unable to open additional folders. I
have successfully done this exact setup on other users systems. Why can she
not open my folder?

Did you check the Properties dialog for the mailbox root and each folder to make sure she has at least Reviewer permission?
