Because of the way my work sets up outlook and delegation in outlook, my
assistant has access to the whole of my Outlook (including my sent and
deleted items and all personal folders I have created).
I don't want her to be able to access my personal folders, but I can't
figure out how to block them from her, because basically my whole Outlook
systems shows on her navigation bar and she can open them all.
I have tried to set them to private, but she is still able to access them.
What can I do to stop them from looking at my folders? Or can I not because
of the way our computers are set up through work?
