Unable to install new devices in XP - I *AM* an administrator.

I am unable to install new devices in Windows XP Pro SP2. I *am* an
administrator of the computer.

I am using novell, and logging on a domain account. The domain account
*is* an administrator of the computer.

This problem seems new - I know I used to be able to install new
devices.

Anyone have ideas on what else to check? Was there an XP update that
changed this?

You should also add you domain account to the Adminstrator Group on
the local computer.
