Unable to find a hotfix w/o help for Win Explr for A64

Error msg: My Computer and Windows Explorer unexpectedly
quit when you try to open My Network Places or Shared
Documents in Windows XP. Article 831938 says there is a
hot fix, but I do not know how to locate and use.

Apparently the hotfix has not yet been released at
www.windowsupdate.com as it says that it is subject to
further testing. You need to contact Microsoft Product
Support Services at
