I am trying to get the hotfix and I was woundering were I
can get it online.

My Computer and Windows Explorer unexpectedly quit when
you try to open My Network Places or Shared Documents in
Windows XP

Hi,

The article you cited clearly states that you get the hotfix by contacting
MS product support. This is the only safe way to obtain the fix. There are
no charges for hotfixes as long as you make no other support requests.
