Unable to expand public folders in outlook 2003

Hi,

I am using outlook 2003 client connecting to exchange 2000. We are currently
in testing to deploy outlook 2003 to our organization but all users in our
test group are unable to expand the public folders without receiving an error
stating that the public folder could not be expanded. (sorry not witting this
from the office so don't have exact error message). I don't believe this a
permissions problem as when these users access these public folders using
outlook 2000 client they are visible.

Is there any know problems with outlook 2003 and public folders using
exchange 2000?
