Can not open "Public Folders" in Exchange 2003

Some users get the following error when they want to open Public
Folders in their outlook 2003 :
"unable to expand folder. The attempt to log on to Microsoft exchange
server computer has failed". Any idea of what causes this problem and
how I can solve it? Nothing is wrong with the rights to Public Folders.
