I cannot see public folders in Outlook 2007

Paula

We just migrated to Exchange. I am unable to see a public folders area. I'm
probably overlooking something. Can someone tell me how to view the public
folders. On the outlook toolbar I only have Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Folder
List. When I click on folder list it expands the folders within an account
but I still don't see a public folders link.
Thanks
Paula

If you are in Folder List in the Navigation Pane, you should see Public
Folders. Do other people in your organisation see any Public Folders?

You could try using the command line switch to reset your folders.
