Unable to display public folder

Currently I am using Outlook 2003 for my client and Exchange 2003 for my
server. I am having problem when I try to access one of the folder in public
folder, I encounter this error 'Unable to display the folder. This folder
cannot be opened because there is a configuration problem on the server.
Contact your Microsoft Exchange Server administrator for assistance'. What
does this error means? I cannot find any article in Microsoft website
regarding this error. Can somebody help me on this? Thanks.

It means exactly what it says; you have to contact your Exchange Server
administrator and ask him/her about looking into this issue as you cannot
solve it as an end-user from within Outlook. Think about things like
corruption of permissions, views, folder content, database, etc...

If you are actually the Exchange admin needing to solve this; you're
off-topic for this newsgroup. Use the Exchange newsgroups instead.
