Unable to download file attachments from Hotmail

Hi,

I am unable to download file attachments from e-mails I receive in my
Hotmail account. I get the following (sample) error message:

Internet Explorer cannot download...1ec220611c0fd73c9e&oneredir=1 from
207.46.10.121.
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested
site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

I get this error message on both my home PC and my personal laptop. I am
running Windows XP Home edition on both of my personal computers with IE 6.
I have Norton Internet Security 2006 installed on both computers. Please
help!!

I too occussionaly get the same error. All I have to do is to forward it to my yahoo address and download it from there. Is there any way to fix that issue or not.
