IE Cannot Download

My netscape mail is now AOL. Since the change I cannot open any e-mail
attachments. IE cannot download "file" from r02.webmail.aol.com IE was not
able to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or
cannot be found. I have forwarded my e-mail to my hotmail account and still
cannot download the attachments. PLEASE HELP
