Unable to Accessible

Hi guys

We have a laptop and some time back this system was inftected but after i
clean each and every item
now i am facing very silly problem this laptop can access network Resourses
and System
But any other machine can not access this laptop

Error Message as below
\\ystem name is not accessible.You Might not have permission to use this
network resource.Contact the Administrator of this server to find out if you
have access permissions.

Logon Failure:the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this
computer.

on the both system a user is same and the user is only administrator

Can you please Help Us

An infected system is a compromised system. While you might think
that you've cleaned everything, there are numerous places where
Windows might have suffered some damage, especially in the registry.
You could go through a repair installation but if it was my machine
then I would rebuild it, and have a hard look at why it got infected
in the first place.
