Unable to access shares

Hi!

I've client-server setup running. I'm trying to access shares created on
domain controller from my laptop which is on domain but logged in with local
administrator credentials, it gives error as \\serverip is not accessible.
you might not have permissions to use this network resource. contact the
administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
The network is not present or not started.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Sounds like a NetBIOS issue, running the NET VIEW command might reveal
something.

When you do your testing make sure that firewalls are not the problem!
DISABLE all the firewalls when you run your tests, if need be disconnect
from the internet while you run your tests.
