One PC on our wireless network is unable to access the internet. I have tried
several network related wizards as recommneded by help but the probelm
persists. View network connections says that the wireless card is connected.

David,

With WiFi, the term "Connected" means the radio on the client is able to
exchange communication with the radio on the base station. Generally the client
must next "Associate" with the base station, which involves exchanging the right
WEP (minimal security) or WPA (preferred security) authentication.

From looking at your diagnostics, it's pretty obvious that the problem computer
is NOT getting settings from the access point. You're going to have to resolve
the WiFi connectivity issues, which do not appear to be included in this
diagnostic report.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have checked the 4 manually entered WEP keys
and all seem fine but the wireless connection status is "enabled".

What next or do I need to try the wireless newsgroup instead?
