Hi,

I am currently having problems viewing certain websites and connecting to certain online games ( World of Wacraft ). This problem happened a week or so ago but it seemed to fix itself within a few hours. The same problem as occured again but this time it hasn't fixed itself. I would greatly appreciate any help to resolve this issue. I ran the networking diagnostic and this is what showed up;
