Unable to acces the internet

Hi members, just wondering if anyone has every had a
problem opening internet explorer. I was told that I had
some files on my computer that needed taken off. When I
go to change/remove files they will not go anywhere. I
have downloaded the antispyware on there, but I am not
sure if I ran it correctly. Can anyone offer any help.
