Dave

I want to install an English version of Windows XP and a
Russian version of Windows XP on the same computer.
Anybody know how it is done please?

You will have to dual boot.
Do you have two hard drive partitions?

You can theoretically do this but you need to install them on separate
partitions creating a dual boot scenario.
Install one version on say C: and when it's done install the 2nd on say D:
the installation will give you the option of a dual boot system. I haven't
done this with English / Non-English versions as you want to do but it
certainly should work without any problems.

You also need two separate licences-one for English and another for Russian.

Well of course but if you have both "legal" versions you have both licenses.
But your right I suppose I should have mentioned that.
