Two operating systems on same computer

I want to install and English version of Windows XP and a
Russian version of Windows XP on the same computer.
Anybody know how it is done please?

If you have an available empty drive or partition, you can install
another "Full Version" of Windows XP in a different language version
and create a dual-boot configuration.
